Still a bit early. Some clubs haven’t had tryouts yet.

And yet BLC knows they’re losing one to M&D, possibly another to hero’s, plus two are going to NL. YJ is losing one to hero’s and bringing on two from other teams. Lots of movement around the margins, the big moves will come in 2 years when girls can try out for Capital.

Which teams are the two YJ additions coming from?

If you’re already on MND or Hero’s, why would you try out for Capital?

Theres already a lot of players on Heros roster. It will be interesting to see how many new players they bring in from other clubs.

Capital tends to recruit from BLC, stars, and pride.

CP cancelled their last day of tryouts. They must be happy with the talent they picked up.

1) Every club has equal PT by recruiting years
2) Hero's, M&D also fit this bill
3) All depends on your location

1) this is not correct
2) agreed
3) for the vast majority of the DC-area girls we are talking about, Capital would be closer to home

PT on other clubs is definitely not equal in recruiting years. Capital is the only one I've heard doing this.

Hero's, M&D, MDU all do this.

I don’t think this is accurate. These teams still care about winning games than equal playing time. Heard directly from M&D parents for HS age players that there was not equal playing time on their team.

Heros and M&D play to win. Their top girls play more than the bottom end of the roster.

Where exactly do Capitals practice? Depending on the day Bethesda to DC even though shorter distance can take longer than Bethesda to Columbia. I personally refuse to drive to parts of Virgina as I hate spending 2 hours in the car to go 20 miles (sorry, DD).

I think I read somewhere that they move around to try and accommodate girls from all three jurisdictions. Some practices in MD, some in DC, and some in VA.
