| Party City is going to have the best supply - it won't be "out". I generally pick solid colors and get one or two things that represent a theme. The big packs of solid colors are much cheaper than 8-packs of Spiderman plates. For my son's birthday we went to see the Lego Batman movie and brought people back for pizza and cake, and I had yellow and black tablecloths, plates, and napkins, and just some Batman cups. |
