I should add, I'm interested in anything EXCEPT Shady Grove, as I vowed never to set foot in there again. We're cycling out of state, and the RE wants a transvaginal ultrasound to measure lining thickness.

Where are you? If you're closer to DC/VA I can't help but I ended up at fertility center of Maryland in Towson for the exact same reason.

I just used Columbia fertility for out of state monitoring.
Washington radiology
I used Dominion. However, while they did bill my insurance when I used them for ultrasounds before my IVF out of country and it was covered (only had to pay co-pay) this year, they said BC/BS does not cover the ultrasounds anymore and that I would have to pay out of pocket. It costs $220 for baseline ultrasound and $360 for lining measurements. That was rough! I mean it takes literally 30 seconds! Luckily I only had to go twice and the rest were done at my out of country clinic.
