I'll be honest and say it: a couple of the new NKOTB songs, and one of the new Harry Styles songs I heard on Carpool Karoke.

Ray LaMontagne - Let it be me

The new Chris Stapleton album - From A Room, Volume 1. It is terrific. I might have re-ordered the tracks, but that's a minor quibble.

The new Jason Isbell stuff is awesome---Hope the high road is getting me through right now.

Noah Gunderson's Ledges

Deap Vally's Femejism

Swear I'm Good at This- Diet Cig (only the up-tempo tracks)

The Menzinger's After the Party came out last fall?ish but has been getting a lot of play in the car (skipping Charlie's army-boy blue, which I don't care for)

Everything Tacocat, especially Men explain things to me

The last five tracks I saved on my phone:
Highway Queen, Nikki Lane
It's After Midnight, Lucky Boys Confusion
Wrong Side of the Dream, Austin Lucas featuring Lydia Loveless
Do you like me like that?- Bratmobile
Harmless-Amanda Shires

Also the new mountain goats record Goths!

This is an excellent idea, OP.

I'm not really up on anything. I'll sometimes come across a song that appeals to me b/c I hear it in a soundtrack or something. I'm too tired, middle aged, and cash strapped to go to clubs or concerts, so I'm interested in what others have discovered.

Me too! I'll be wearing my original concert t-shirt from 1987. Don't ask me why, but somehow my mom saved it and gave it back to me a couple of years ago.

Would love to hear Red Hill Town live... They have never played it live.
