Cramping and lower back pain

Last evening, 10dpo, I got pretty intense cramping and lower back pain. Much more than typical PMS symptoms. Out of the blue. Lasted about 1-2 hours. Today, back pain is gone and cramping is off an on.

Anybody have this? Of course, my first thought is early miscarriage.

I wouldn't make too much of it now. Cramping happens with pregnancy as well as your period, so it could be either. I have had multiple chemical pregnancies (confirmed by HCG) and they were never more painful than my regular periods, although a bit heavier. I also miscarried once at 8 weeks and that was much more painful. Best of luck.

i had bad cramps a week after my FET, and i was very hopeful that it was implantation, but it wasn't....

i think just with everyother symptom during fertility treatments it could go either way - good or bad sign!
