NYC with 3 year olds?

Anonymous
We have 3 year old twins. I just found great deal on hotel near NYC (in NJ - but is a short ferry ride away.) Is there enough to do in NYC with 2 3 year olds to make it worth the trip? I know they can play in Central Park - but honestly they're just as happy playing in the park at our house! What other suggestions? Or should we wait a few years???

NYC is one of my 3yo favorite places to visit. There is plenty to do. Central Park alone can take up a good chunk of the day. The zoo in CP is very toddler friendly, make sure you are there for the seal feeding. The Museum of Natural History is great and my child really liked MOMA as well. Plenty to do, just hard to decide how to narrow it down. Enjoy!

My guys (who were 2 and 4 when we went) also loved the Childrens Museum on the upper west side: http://www.cmom.org/ Not to mention walking through FAO Schwartz, horse and buggy ride, etc.
