weight loss spa suggestions

Has anyone ever been to one? Ideally, one a little more affordable than Rancho La Puerta or the like. I'd like to stay for a week. Open to places that require a flight or that are driving distance.

I am hoping to lose 10-15lbs (overall, not in the one-week stay!) so am interested in places where not everyone is at their goal weight/fitness, but also might need different strategies than someone trying to lose 200 lbs.

Fitness-wise, I can run a mile or two pretty easily but don't have a ton of speed, endurance, or (especially) coordination. I like hiking, boot camp type classes (though I don't have a lot of arm strength), and rock climbing. Ok with exercise bikes and weight training. Not a huge fan of jazzercise/zumba, lap swimming, or aqua aerobics. Bonus if the place includes massages in the package and/or has a hot tub!

It's been about 10 years since I was there, but this place was very affordable and within driving distance. http://deerfieldspa.com/

I think The Biggest Loser has some resorts. A FB friend of mine did one and she really loved it. Made some enduring friendships.
