Solo trip with my 3 yo

Sometime in June, I would like to take my three-year-old daughter on a weekend trip. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would prefer to take a train to get there, which could be part of the adventure, or could be a huge pain. We could drive, but I don't like driving.
I was considering taking the train from DC to Richmond, or to Baltimore, or to sesame place (which is apparently accessible by public transportation). Anywhere else to consider within a few hours of DC? |

| My five year old and I had a girls weekend in Baltimore last winter, and it was great. Booked a hotel with an indoor pool, did Port Discovery on day one, and aquarium on day two. Perfect! |
