Could people share thoughts on CentroNia's Upshur campus for PK3?

We didn't do well in the DC lottery but I'm thrilled that we just got offered a spot off the wait list at CentroNia's Upshur campus. (This is through the Pre-K Enhancement and Expansion Funding Program administered by the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) via participating community-based organizations (CBOs) - so we don't have to pay for it out of pocket (unlike for before/aftercare).
