How likely is it that the apartments near Eisenhower will be rezoned out of Lyles-Crouch?

Looking into renting in this area. Are they more likely to remain zoned to Lyles-Crouch and where would they potentially be rezoned to? Currently have a 1st grader.

They just finished a redistricting process that hasn't even taken effect yet. The boundaries for Lyles Crouch didn't change. It seems unlikely they go through it again any time soon.
