Birthday gifts for 10yo girl

Any ideas what I can get my step daughter for her birthday? She said she just wants a gc to Target. Any other good ideas? She likes to watch YouTube videos on making slime and doing hair. That seems like her only interest at the moment. I'm at a loss!

She asked for a gift card to Target, I'd say give her a gift card to Target. That's what she wants. When you give gift you should give what the receiver wants to receive NOT what you want to give.

We will give her that. I was hoping to find something else to go along with it so it's not just a card and she has something to open.

Science kits -- target has some for soap/perfume, etc. Michaels has a bunch for slime, etc.

Art supplies--fancy pencil crayons; fancy drawing set of pencils; nicely bound leather sketch book

Hair chalk

The new Rick Riordian book

Lego

Minecraft stuff?

Bike?

Soccer ball?

When I was 10 I got a skateboard. I was sooooo happy. It was one of the best b-days ever. And I also got a huge green stuffed frog I called Mr. Frog. 10 year olds still like stuffed animals - it could hold the gift card

lots of glue and glitter for her slime making--maybe a pack of cups with lids for it too?

actually, Five Below has a whole section for slimemaking--varieties of glue, etc...

Agree with all the suggestions for slime-making and other gifts.

Additional suggestions:
-gift pack of hair do-dads and bows and sparkly gels, etc.
-little bottles of nail polish in a bunch of colors
-cool gel pens (they have been a lightening deal on Amazon recently)
-those cute little rolls of wasabi tape
-puffy stickers (Michael's has a great selection)
-stuffed animal
-cell phone cover
-fun flip flops

Take her out for a pedicure and manicure! Every girl I know loves this!

Really great ideas! I didn't know they actually had slime making kits! The tape is also a great one along with the mani pedi! I am also wondering now about a skateboard. Hmmm.

I loved the skateboard but I was a total tomboy.
