| We follow a formula. We are given certain guidelines and we use other commercially available products to put together a test or two that can be used for the high school magnet tests. |

| Unlike SAT/ACT/AP exams, there's no established prep method/materials for HS magnet exam. I know some people use testing centers but not sure if that's any good. We tried to keep kids do some work over the summer - reading and SAT/ACT books and such. It worked for us because all 3 got in. |

| My 8th grader went through some practice tests in an SAT prep book-- the questions in the example packet sent by the school looked fairly similar. |
