The McLean Bible Tysons campus has two: FUEL for mid-40's and younger https://www.mcleanbible.org/connect/fuel-single-adults FOCUS for mid-40's and older https://www.mcleanbible.org/connect/focus I have personal knowledge of both groups. They are very active with studies, serving, and social events. Lots of fun people to do things with who are in your similar life-stage. Then there's lots of child/student-related classes and activities for your child(ren) https://www.mcleanbible.org/connect/kids-quest & teens https://www.mcleanbible.org/connect/rock-student-ministries Then, they even have Sunday School groups by life stage of your child(ren)! They got it covered.

McLean Presbyterian Church has a Sunday School class for single parents that starts tomorrow (5/14). Even if you can't make it to the first class, I'm sure they'd be happy to have you anytime.
