Timeline for AAP appeals?

DC got in but he has some friends on the bubble. I wouldn't bring it up with them, but I want to learn when they might know. We are crossing a lot of fingers here. None of his good friends are going to the center so far...

What is yellow form?
The sheet that came home with the decision letters that have to be completed and returned to accept/decline AAP placement. Ours was yellow, and that seems to be what the parents at our school have taken to calling it. Maybe others were other colors.
