Question for u girls

Ok girls,let me hear what you think;
I am VERY young(on my 20s) and I only have 1 child so far.I am thin(something like 118pds)but very unhappy with my "muffin top/flabby belly".
Important thing to know:My DD is 6 years old already!
I don't know what to do with it and I very afraid of never lossing it.

What should I do??
Will exercise really work for me?

well, i'm pregnant now (1st) , but never before did i have a flat belly until i took up running and pilates at the same time. it took about 4 months to finally get that flat belly. i'm not sure it'll work after the baby though.

That is my point!
I never in my before-baby life had to deal with belly issues OR exercise(no need for that before).
Always had an cute flat belly before baby....but now,it is a different story.
I am thin,with a belly!OMG =)
