Thoughts on Piyo

Hi, Has anyone done Piyo and has thoughts on it?
I'm about 50 lbs overweight and am looking for something low impact and can do at home in conjunction with a diet plan.

Previously I have done Spin Classes and Cardio Weightlifting, but after the stress eating of this year I don't feel comfortable going to a gym. I have always liked Pilates and Yoga.

I take a piyo class at my gym. I love it. It is one of the most difficult classes I take. I also do spin, body pump (weightlifting) yoga and Pilates. Piyo is great cardio. To me it feels like doing yoga at a really fast pace.
