Hi, Has anyone done Piyo and has thoughts on it?
I'm about 50 lbs overweight and am looking for something low impact and can do at home in conjunction with a diet plan. Previously I have done Spin Classes and Cardio Weightlifting, but after the stress eating of this year I don't feel comfortable going to a gym. I have always liked Pilates and Yoga. |
| I take a piyo class at my gym. I love it. It is one of the most difficult classes I take. I also do spin, body pump (weightlifting) yoga and Pilates. Piyo is great cardio. To me it feels like doing yoga at a really fast pace. |
