Are there any DCUM readers starting the TIU bikini series on Monday, April 24th? I am excited for the 8 week challenge and want to commit knowing there will be a few meals I need to cheat on. I am currently weaning my 2nd child and dealing with getting up at night and making meals that work for my family so it is going to be challenging. I don't know how I'm going to fit in work outs in the morning but I want to try so badly and kick my sweets habit and feel confident again. I think one of the hardest things for me is going to be eliminating snacks after dinner. We eat earlier with our kids and I reach for food around 8 as a treat. I need to replace it with tea and just get out of the habit.
I have been doing their daily workouts which are just getting harder. I eat pretty clean but need to eliminate extra snacks and get portion size under control I would like to start a support chain if there are others also doing this challenge. I might be helpful and I don't want to post everything I eat in Instagram etc! We could post challenges and daily meals/workouts. |

I've done their workouts before and but I am not starting this one on 4/28 (I'm 4 weeks postpartum). You can do it! I have your exact struggle and eat at night! I'm trying to also go for tea, track my food that I've eaten in the day and look back at it at night so I can remember how much I've already had.
