| Serious question: Do gay or bi people who have really hot bodies, and it is exactly the kind of body you find attractive, get turned on by looking at themselves in the mirror? |
|
|
I can't believe that you're that simple-minded.
No, being gay doesn't make you any more narcissistic than a straight person. There are plenty of straight people who are narcissistic who love looking at themselves and get turned on by looking at themselves. |
| If you are a guy and you get turned on looking at yourself in the mirror then you are gay, |
|
Yuck. Is that you, Beavis and Butthead? That's a lot of ifs. If you are gay or bi, and if your body us the exact kind you are attracted to. As a bi woman I have never, ever gotten turned on by looking at myself. Ever. My body isn't horrid, but my self criticism of my body is probably at a similar level as most other women's. And I see my body every damn day. I find many types of women attractive, but think it's pretty normal not to be hot for one's self. That's why we look for partners.

I spend a LOT of time trying to look good. It's time consuming, painful, I never get to eat what I want...
But when I see someone else who's willing to make the same sacrifices as me, I appreciate their commitment Short answer, no. Better answer , yes, I get turned on by someone who goes to the trouble of looking like me. |
Just curious, are you male or female? Why don't you get to eat what you want? |

41 year old BiWF.
I don't get to eat what I want all the time because I only have sooo much time in a day to devote to working out. So as much as I love to eat, I just don't have the time to burn off the calories. That's the discipline. I respect others who have it, too. |
