It can't be a bad boob job. No way a doc messed up that bad, but the same, on both sides. So here's my theory. The bottom half of her boobs aren't really her boobs. It is an insert or something to lift up her boobs. That would make the nips in the right place.

No way. Look at the cleavage line in comparison to where the nipples are. There are no inserts. And if you think there aren't crappy plastic surgeons out there, I have some beautiful swampland to sell you.
