HUH??

I know there have been a lot of posts about 2ww symptoms, so it is nice knowing I'm in good company, but wanted to throw my hat in the ring and ask about my own symptoms. Starting around 10-11 dpo, I started getting cramps, which lasted until 12 dpo. They were moderate to severe- not crying in pain, but laying on the couch with a heat pad. I resigned myself that we hadn't gotten pregnant this month- usually I get cramps on the first full day of AF. But... I'm still waiting. I caved and took a HPT today and got a BFN. I've had no cramps today, and AF is due tomorrow. As for other symptoms, my nipples have been painfully sensitive (no breast soreness or heaviness though), and my husband told me that he noticed my areola's are a lot bigger (my nipples are looking absurdly huge on my pitiful chest!).
So, I know in my mind that PMS and 2ww symptoms are usually very similar, but what's throwing me off (okay okay, and giving me hope) is that these are not my usual PMS symptoms, but then there's the BFN. Anyone have any experience with these symptoms, or a story about the outcome when you had different symptoms? And any suggestions of how long I should wait to test again?

If I were you I'd wait until you are at least 2 days late. I agree, it is hard to tell the difference between PMS symptoms and pregnancy ones, but our bodies do strange things that we cannot predict.
