youth week get your teen an account. They handed off about $105 bucks to my two kids for a net deposit of $35 each.. about 4 steps to get it all but it was easy. Free student checking, rebate of ATM fees total deal. Ends on Saturday, enroll over the phone..love me some NFCU

They really messed up when someone accessed our checking account. Took WEEKS to get it resolved.

I've seen comments like this a couple of times now -- do you mind sharing why you think they're "the worst"? We are eligible to join but have not yet done so -- we were not planning to use them as our primary bank, but were considering getting a mortgage through them.

Why are they the worst? I am pp that says the are the WORST and it would take too long. But I have dealt with them for years and finally no long have to deal with them. They do not actually care about helping veterans. -I am not a veteran but have seen this first hand. and it's upsetting because that's what they're supposed to be there for.

Their customer service is a complete joke. They're incompetent.

The post above about checking account being compromised ? Happens ALL the time there. Mysteriously. And they don't fix it. They are frauds and fail to protect your money
