Did any IB without sibling preference get into Janney PK4?

Just curious if there was even a chance if we had drawn a top master number. Thanks.

Interesting, thanks. Now back to wishing we had drawn a better number...

Thanks! That answers the question I posted earlier, which was whether all IB w/ sibling got into PK4

I'm wondering how many IB didn't get a spot (just thinking about the K class for next year.)

I think there was someone here who said they were waitlist number 6 without a sibling. We are in the mid-thirties. So there are at least about 30 families shut out.

Yes, but a lot of families do the lottery and also apply to privates, so not all of these families will end up at Janney.

Most with sibling will wind up there eventually.

Currently, there are 5 K classes. I imagine the next few years will be similar. [the school has limited capacity to do anything other than increase class sizes]. Current K classes are ~ 20 students.
