Redskins Draft Day 5k on April 29th - good for kids?

| My almost 8 year old has been wanting to do another 5k since we almost ran the whole turkey trot in the fall. He loves sports and the redskins (can't say I agree with him on that one!) and I thought this one sounded pretty fun for him. Has anyone done this, and do you think it would be okay with kids? Is it a mad house? I think our time would be around 35 minutes, so not speedy but not too terribly long. |
