St Thomas

We're taking a trip to St Thomas in a week or so. I'm about 7 mo pregnant and we're also bringing our 2.5 year old child.
Do we need to worry about the water/fruit whatever?

I've heard the USVI are fine, it's not like Mexico there.

I would drink bottled water, but I wouldn't worry about the fruit / food in general.
