Hilaria Baldwin - At it again

The Valentine's Day dance party post was very disturbing. The oldest boy had to be persuaded to go out there, he didn't want to do it. It was icy cold outside. The girl is 7 years old. Runs to her mother, speaks briefly, then turns to face the camera while bending over and twerking. In what family is your second grader bending over to twerk considered cute?? There is another video where the child is in a crop top and leggings where she turns around and shakes her behind at the camera. If the parents thought it was cute, why would they post it for the world to see? If they want to save it for their family, that's their choice, but to put it online is completely inappropriate. What kind of attention do they want for their children? It appears that because clicks equal $ from sponsors, the parents are willing to exploit their own children. Even the Kardashians haven't stooped to having their children twerk on camera.

I knew Hilary when she was Hilary teaching yoga at Yoga For the People. I am a native Spanish speaker and honestly had NO CLUE she was pretending to be a Spaniard. Only once she had met Alec was she suddenly Spanish. I never questioned this because I normally don’t interrogate people about their heritage. She seemed a bit wound up and definitely felt herself very very famous. I can only imagine this has gotten worse over time.

I forgot to add she was “Hilary” and then subsequently changed to “Hilaria”. The explanation I got is that she had anglicized her name initially but this was her “true” name. Not sure what to make of that. I really was there just for the yoga. Never saw paparazzi but she talked about them all the time.

I bet she was hoping that would not be found. She lets him introduce her as part Spanish. She reminds me so much of the videos of her mother in this-acting like an expert. Apparently her IG is to teach us and be a role model?! Yes, please teach me to do soft porn yoga. She does the accent a bit.

That was actually pretty funny. The other women on the panel seemed to be making a real difference, and then Hilaria was like, I do yoga and I've been a vegetarian since I was 5 (me, me, me), and I work to be a good role model for my kids (don't we all??) and my Instagram followers. She was not qualified to be on that panel.

Many published manuscripts in peer-reviewed clinical research journals regarding plant-based diet, yet Hilaria's anecdotal evidence of 5 small children who attend birthday parties and eat ice cream is of interest to that panel? How does she not censor her own comments given the forum and the company she is with? Note how she made reference to her book...on an important panel such as this? How can she be on that panel? It is an affront to all of those who have done the research and made the life choices and lived them for years...far before she was the exercise addicted yogi who broke her hip due to her eating disorder. I know she broke her hip, I was a fellow yoga instructor (albeit much less advanced) at the time that happened.

I truly hope that she gets the help she needs. I don't know why but this vid might be the tipping point for me. Do your IG and the Hamptons circuit (with those that don't shun you) but don't sit among that group of individuals and claim you have something to say. Look at those next to you, read the room, know your place. You're not from Spain, you didn't become a vegetarian at 5, no one truly aligned with the tenets of yoga would ever pose in stiletto boots. Further, you did have a tv, you did grow up in a giant manse in Beacon Hill, and you were always entitled. You're not conning those that knew you way back when.

Hilary, know your place. Sit down. Give up, give in, let it go. Get well and take care of your children. Apologize and embrace being Hilary and let all of the other stuff go...if you do that, you might have a groundswell of people who wish you peace on your journey.

That exact thought popped into my mind when I watched it. Total SNL skit. Even the guy asking them questions seemed to be grasping at straws.
