| I play tennis 2-3 times a week and that's where I get most of my cardio. I see a trainer once or maybe twice a week. I'd like to add a yoga, pilates, or Barre class or something -- what's best? Is doing something like that only once a week even worth it? |
| Try a trial class in each that's convenient for you. See which one you like the best, and then stick with that. |
| I'd start with yoga. I did a weekly class for a few years before ramping up to 2-4 classes/week. I think it helped with injury prevention in my main sport. (running.) |
