When I go to yoga, I prefer vinyasa flow classes. I'm looking for something I can do on my own at home. Any suggestions?
I do YouTube videos. They range from easy to hard, from 20 or 30 minutes to 60 or 90 minutes. I have a couple instructors that I like, and sometimes repeat the same video, other times vary it up.
I use YouTube as well. I do vinyasa once a week. Prefer to go to studio but trying to save money. YouTube is a great alternative.

I like Yoga With Adriene on YouTube.
If you're looking for an app, I've enjoyed Pocket Yoga and Yoga Studio by Gaiam. Both come with practices pre-loaded, and you can also build your own practice. |
Yoga download is good enough that I never go to classes anymore (in my twenties I practiced almost every day at a studio). I have two young kids and YD saves me a ton of time. Lots of membership options and very decent fees. Plus lots of short free classes to try. Highly recommended.
Pp here...meant to add, YD is very much focused on vinyasa flow.
NP here. This is a great thread. Could other people please recommend videos on youtube that you like? Thanks so much!
I have the Yoga Studio app and also subscribe to the Gaia channel via Roku. I really really like the Gaia channel and they are always adding new videos.
