+1 and grabbing the crotch continuously. Get the awful bunny an anti-fungal crème. |

He's a confident latin male who isn't a homophobe (did you noice the male dancers dancing romantically w/ each other?). Amazing how many furiously insecure people are threatened by that.
|
No, it wasn't. |
1. You could have subtitles on your tv. 2. All of the different scenes were representing what he was singing about . I don’t speak Spanish, but I got the gist of it bc I know about Latino culture. My husband is Peruvian and the boy sleeping on the chair during the party was also very common in Peru when the parties would last for a whole weekend sometimes. When he handed his Grammy to the bold it was obvious he was talking to his younger self. The power lines were obviously about the outages experienced in Puerto Rico. |
| The poor team who selected this bad choice. They need to choose someone with wider appeal. Or even go with a total revamp of a show. The Opening show of the Olympics is so much better. Get some creative minds on this NFL. You can do better than these low quality tossed together divisive ones. |
| It was the most joyous halftime performance that celebrated family and community - it would have been a beautiful show in any language. Better than stupid fancy cars or barely dressed women or a bunch of dudes hanging on each other trading lines. |
It absolutely was not Liam Ramos, who is presumably getting over his ICE trauma far from the Super Bowl. It was a child actor, who was supposed to be any young kid who has big dreams, like the young Benito (Bad Bunny). Don't make up lies because you have nothing better to do with your life. https://people.com/super-bowl-2026-liam-ramos-not-in-bad-bunny-halftime-show-11902402 |
What did you think was divisive? Can you point to a specific moment in the show? |
+1 They're a lot more scantily clad than the Bad Bunny dancers. I think the people saying that this performance was nothing but twerking didn't even watch the show. They're just repeating lies from MAGAbots they saw on 4chan or Youtube or whatever. |
You think instead of picking a very popular musician to sing hit songs between Doritos ads, they should do an artistic dance about the relationship between the city and the country? You think that has wider appeal? |
Do you know what percentage of the Super Bowl audience is Latino? Likely much bigger than the country radio audience percentage. The only way this is “divisive” is if you consider someone not speaking English as an affront to you personally. |
Coincidental fact about Liam, his middle name is "Conejo", the Spanish word for "Rabbit" or "Bunny". |
| I tuned in primed to like this but it exceeded my expectations. The set and the multiple vignettes were so cool - not at all what I was expecting. |
| I loved it! Even though I couldn’t understand the lyrics, the imagery was great. I especially loved the ending, with all the flags. |
| The couple that got married during the show was a real couple and they really got married. |
