For the trial attorneys --

Just wondering if this came up, how would you handle it if a witness (the party) on the stand at trial made statements about the fact that the other party had refused to provide materials during discovery and then the court ordered them to do so. Witness/party is mad and wants to vent.

Also, I had an encounter with a very rude and obnoxious trial lawyer, who engages in what seem to be possibly unethical / borderline behavior. Made me wonder what people on this board would say to this: What's the worst and/sharpest lawyer behavior you've dealt with in trial? (Or pre-trial) . . . There's got to be some people on here with good stories.
