Where to find out how many homes did sell in Bethesda within the last 3 months?

Anonymous
Hi,
Is there a way that one could easily find how many homes did sell in Bethesda during
the last 3 months? Someone told me what seems ridiculously small number but
I have no way of confirming it.
I would like to check specifically for homes between 960K and 1 500 000.

Can't your agent do this for you? They can run a report by zip code and by price range with DOM. We get postcards/mailings from agents all the time with that info on it for our neighborhood. DOM seems to average about 2 weeks, but there is one overpriced house in our neighborhood that has been on the market since last June or July.

I don't have an agent. Is such information privileged to agents only? So normal people
can not access this type of information?

How do I specify period when the homes were sold. This seems showing homes outside the 3 months. Many are
beyond three months.

NP. You can specify between last 3 months and last 3 years on Redfin. You should play with the features a bit.

I always use Zillow, I compared, Zillow shows 20 homes.

Wow! What a difference?Looks like Zillow is not as accurate? Is Redfin generally better?

The poster already specified sales in the last 3 months in his search.

Not sure why it would be surprising it would be a small number since winter is the least active period.

Also are you looking for contract date or sale date.

Agents do have more search capability. The MLS has to be worth something to them.
