It has been years since I prioritized fitness. Pre kids I went to the gym, trained for a 5k, played sports, etc. I'm not a beginner- in the sense that I know how to exercise- but I'm basically starting over.
So where to begin? |
| Start with something you like and walking. I don't know how out of shape you are but walking is a really great way to get back into it. To mix it up, find a sport or activity you like (yoga, zumba, weight lifting, etc) |
