All the independent schools are closed. Many families and teachers drive in from MoCo.
Do you think DCPS called this right for DC students and faculty? It looks grim and slippery out there. |

| Just walked to Takoma Metro from my house. Kinda gross but certainly passable on sidewalks and streets. The snow / sleet is slushy and crunchy and not that slick. |

Many that normally follow DCPS have abandoned the 2 hour delay in favor of closing. Several have updated status in the last hour. Best to check the school's official site, but PCSB listing is very reliable (re-posting link from above...http://www.dcpcsb.org/inclement-weather-updates)
