zoes kitchen steak marinade called "matarca" sauce?

Anonymous
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows the proper name of the marinade used for the steak kabobs at zoes kitchen. The worker said something along the lines of matarca sauce. I must have the incorrect spelling because can't find via google. Thanks.

I think the employee is misinformed, as this is directly from their own website:

The ingredients to their "Spice of Life" blend: salt, spices, garlic, sugar, corn starch, parsley, canola oil, and extractives from garlic. You used to be able to order it on Amazon, but it's currently unavailable. You can see what the bottle looks like on the link though: https://www.amazon.com/Kitchen-Spice-Savory-Seasoning-Simple/dp/B017T9N6SC
