| I am interested to know what times you manage to eat during the day and do you consume most of your calories at night? |
| I usually stop at Starbucks on my way to work (8:30ish) to get coffee and a bagel. I eat lunch around 12:30-1 while at work and mostly eat from the cafeteria (this is where I eat mostly of my meals.) I am usually too busy to eat while feeding the kids so I often have cereal or a Lean Cusine after they go to bed around 9 and I have slowed down long enough to realize I am hungry. |
| PP - I meant for lunch it is where I eat most of my calories. |

I guess I have 1/4 to 1/3 of my daily calories for dinner.
Breakfast - 7am - 350 calories Iced Venti Skim Latte - 10am - 80 calories (?) Lunch - 12 or 1pm - 400 calories Snack - 3 or 4pm - 100 calories Dinner/light dessert - 7pm - 400 - 600 calories |

Wake up with coffee.
Around 9.30am I have a bowl of cereal with yoghurt and milk. Lunchtime I eat a sandwich, pasta, whatever. Dinner I eat pasta, stew, steak and salad, fish and sald, etc. Never count the calories. |

Breakfast, hot low sugar oatmeal and 3/4 cup fruit juice at 6:30.
Snack 1/2 bagel no spread at 10:00, with water. Lunch, often skip, or a tiny tiny salad. Dinner, chicken thigh (don't eat it all), very small serving of pasta, whole fruit (peach), juice. Snack, 9:00 pm, toast and cheese, water. |
PP, are you a bird, by any chance? I would starve to death on that! Typical day: Coffee w/ milk + a Luna bar for breakfast Sometimes some fruit midmorning (normally blueberries & strawberries) My Lunch - my "kitchen sink" salad that I bring from home - always w/ romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, my own oil & vinegar dressing & then I throw in some other stuff, that I have handy like a handful of nuts, some of the previous night's leftovers (a few pieces of cooked chicken breast, leftover beans and/or corn, etc.), individual-size can of tuna Afternoon snack - some whole grain crackers (wheat thins) and something crunchy like an apple or carrot sticks Dinner - varies a lot but usually heavy on veggies as I LOVE all of them! |
