Has anyone's child scoreed 45%ile on WPPSI? If so, how are they doing in school?

Just curious. I am sure that these kids do fine, regardless of what this forum would have us believe.

My kid with a hearing loss and speech delay did horribly on the WPPSI. I don't really remember seeing a percentile but I wouldn't be surprised if it was 45% or maybe lower. DC is now a middle schooler in independent school and getting straight A's. It really was not a fair test for DC at pre-K and I did not give it much thought then or now.

My son scored in the 30s and is doing very well in school.

Don't have firsthand knowledge of this, but theoretically, just curious, why wouldn't they be doing fine in school? 45th percentile is an average score, so a hard-worker with an average IQ should be able to do well, especially in a school that isn't super-academic, or in a public school where there will by definition be a wide range of WPPSI scores (assuming that many private schools select in part based on high scores).
