I will say it makes some things easier at least in the bed room. There are a lot more options when you can safely carry their weight without throwing out your back.

I wouldn't however choose a partner just for that, her personalty, intelligence, and overall outlook are far more important to me.

I know for my husband (6 ft 5 inches) he told me he specifically went for girls under 5 ft 5 because he didn't want his daughters to be over 6 ft. He had a niece that height and it was incredibly difficult for her. So he went for petite women in hopes of "evening" things out.
