Hey attorneys/freelancers, what iPhone app do you like to track your billable hours?

I'm a physician but have taken on multiple admin roles...there's very little current accountability re: how I'm spending my time so I feel compelled to track it myself (so I'll have it when eventually asked). I need something simple when I can jump in an out of tracking time for multiple projects, and something that runs when the app is closed or iphone is not in use.

If you don't use an app, what's your method?

I use pen and paper. I used to work on 2-5 different clients in any given day, but mostly 2-3 client projects.
