Forum for finance discussions?

I am just getting involved in investing for the first time in my life, and I'm trying to learn as much as possible.

While this forum is helpful, it's not that active. Are there any other more active discussion forums that someone could point me to?

you don't need a forum of idiots. you should read the entire j.l. Collins stock series. It's like 30 articles.

This! But spend some time reading the wiki and the forum before you post. If you can show you've taken some time to read what's already on the site people will be much more likely to give you their time and advice.
