Preschool Options near The Kentlands (Gaithersburg, MD)

We may be moving to the Kentlands this summer and we're looking for a preschool for our 4 year old daughter. What preschools near The Kentlands would you recommend?

Hopes for a preschool:
-Part time schedule (such as 9-3) or flexible schedule
-NOT a daycare- it must have some education (letters, numbers, etc.)
-Fairly easy to get into (what places have impossible waiting lists that we should avoid, versus what places have openings but are still highly recommended?)
-Affordable (around $18k or less per year)
-Environment where parents participate, and maybe has some stay at home moms or dads who send their kids there
-Our child's birthday is right near the cut off and we may hold her back, so a place where she'd still learn even if she repeated PreK twice.
-Super friendly environment
-Little teacher turnover
-No preference with it being secular or religious

Am I searching for a unicorn in this area? We have all of this at our current school, but are moving so we're hoping to check out some good options within a 5 mile radius.

ECC in Rockville has lots of families from Kentlands and fits your criteria. Wonderful play based curriculum.
