Going to SG for out of town monitoring for IVF how long does appt take???

Scheduling am monitoring before business meetings as I'm there for out of town monitoring. How long to expect for blood and ultrasound if I have appt around 8/830 am?

It entirely depends on the day's patient volume , and whether all the ultrasound techs are on that day. Sometimes I have breezed in and out in 30 min. Other times it has taken longer. They open really early if you can schedule earlier.

Which location? Monitoring at the Annandale office can be really busy. It's taken me anywhere between 20 minutes to an hour to get in and out of there.

I would assume at least an hour. And they will likely know you are not a regular patient and treat you accordingly, so don't expect any kindnesses.

I waited for 25 minutes to get blood drawn this morning at K street. Had a 9:30 appointment, walked out at 9:55. It doesn't usually take that long and the waiting room was full.

I went for monitoring as an outside patient at K St many times and was never treated with anything but kindness or treated any differently.

They also will work you in if you show up earlier than your appointment time.

This. Show up as early as you can. It has taken me up to an hour at K Street as both SG patient and outside patient. As a PP said, it all depends on the patient volume that day.
