Half marathon training schedule

Running the rock and roll half marathon on mar 11. Was on a decent training regimen but two weeks ago fell off the wagon. So anyway I ran 6 miles on Friday at about 9.5 min/mi pace. I'm sore but it wasn't terrible. I have only two weeks left to train. What kind of schedule would you run? (Max I've ever run was 10 miles last fall- in prep for that race I did 8 miles twice.) TIA!

Frankly, I would see if you can defer.

Keep up running any distance at this point and no running two days before the race. Go nice and easy. GL!

You can still run the race. Just be realistic with your time. I would slow my pace to a 10:30 pace and see if you can get a ten mile in this weekend . Then taper. You can do this.

Agreed, but with the caveat that the assumption is you're in relatively good physical shape otherwise (not super obese, no other health conditions, etc.).
