Banned from political forum?

I haven't posted there in a while, tried posting there tonight on 2 different threads and get a message I don't have permission to view some page. Other people still appear to be posting. I don't get this message when I post in other forums. Is this a technical difficulty or have I been blocked from posting in that forum?

The thread is still there. I'm wondering if it's bc I have an international ip address (not russia). I don't think I've written anything worth being banned for.
