Femara side effects

I am on my second month of Femara (CD3-7) and am curious about what side effects others get from it.
The first month I had headaches and a couple hot flashes but everything was manageable. This month the headaches haven't been as bad but I have more hot flashes, I seem to have broken out on my chest and back, and am having trouble sleeping at night. Which brings up my second question - when did you take your Femara, in the morning or at night? I have been doing right before bed but maybe I need to switch to the aM next cycle. |

| I take before bed. No headaches, but general weakness the following morning, and I think it lowers my (already low) blood pressure. Like I was 69/54 earlier today, normally 80ish over 60 ish... |

| My major symptom is tiredness so I would personally keep to evening. That was also my dr's specific guidance. Good luck! |
