So, if one wins in a due process claim, what attorneys fees are paid - just those incurred to file for due process and thereafter?
Or, does it cover ones in the preceding 6-12 months of fighting the school district for an acceptable IEP/placement? I tried finding this on the web but have not succeeded thusfar. Thanks in advance |

Good luck. I think it is only for your case, if you win. Then of course MCPS will refuse to pay these fees so you have to hire a second lawyer to sue MCPS for the fees.
But maybe you are lucky and live in a better school district than MCPS. |
