Letrozole side effects?

Hi - on my first cycle with Letrozole and wanted to see if anyone else experienced bad headaches and spotting. I am on CD7 and my last dose is tonight, but I started spotting lighting this AM and it has been pretty consistent. And, I have had a bad headache all week. It starts when I wake up and actually goes away in the evening.

These normal side effects? Hopefully it means its working LOL.

What's your dose? Mine was 2.5 days 3-7, headache only once, no spotting.

Headaches yes, spotting no. Every time for 4 cycles.
I was on 2.5 days 5-9.

it's a bit high, did you try 2.5 and it didn't work?

This is my first time trying it and my RE prescribed 5mg for some reason. Maybe it's because I have DOR and am likely harder to stimulate? Is a higher dose bad?

I did 7.5 and thought it was much easier than clomid which gave me hot flashes and a headache. My doctor said 7.5 was the dose backed by research

It's not bad, it's just higher than the minimal one and is likely to give you stronger side effects (worse headaches for example).
