Safe herbal teas?

Does anyone know what herbal teas are safe during pregnancy?

This babycenter article for example says not to drink raspberry leaf, stinging nettle etc.

But I looked at the Yogi Tea website and the "Mothers to Be" tea specifically has those ingredients...

Raspberry leaf tea is supposed to help with uterine muscle tone. My midwife said you can drink this any time during your pregnancy. The nettle tea I think is for something else, but not sure what. I would ask your provider.

it is hard to ask providers as dr's don't aren't vastly knowlegeable about herbs. Wish there were more integrative dr's who knew just as much about herbs as they do pharms. I guess a dietician/nutritionist with some holistic training might be your best person to talk to?

I found that mint tea was on most of the 'safe' tea lists.
