I just moved here and don't have a local dr yet. I need to take my toddler in to see someone because I think she has an ear infection. Are there any pediatric urgent care centers in Arlington and surrounding areas? I don't want to drive too far with everything going on, but I would really prefer a pediatric one. Any recommendations? Thanks!
They only have Maryland locations, but I've used Righttime Medical Care. You could take the Beltway to avoid downtown traffic, however, so it might not be that bad.
I don't think there is one. I've taken my kids to Mid-Atlantic Urgent Care on Wilson Blvd and have been happy with their care.
What part of arlington? There is one in the Lee Harrison shopping center by Harris Teeter.
I don't recommend the one in the Lee Harrison Center. Go to the Inova Urgent Care on Lee Highway near the Lee Heights shops.
We have actually had luck with dx of ear infections at the minute clinic in target on ft 50. Bonus is that the pharmacy is right there.
My husband had a horrible experience there. Wouldn't recommend. |
Good to know. Thanks. |
The VHC one on Carlin Springs Road was always reliable for us. It's been a few years though.
For an ear infection we usually just go to the CVS Minute Clinic, since you can sign up online in advance. They've always been great with my kid.
