how to install software blocked by windows??

My DD's daycare allows parents to view their webcam from home, work. However, whenever I click on "view" a box comes up with the following:"windows has blocked this software b/c it can't recognize the publisher".
How can I install the webcam software on my computer? TIA

Is this a work or on your personal computer or both? I think you have to go into your internet settings and recognize the certificate or something, but I am probably wrong. Ask the daycare for the number to the web support for the company providing the webcams. I bet they have this problem all the time.
