Has anyone tried it? Did it work? Was it gross?
During the holidays, a bunch of posters suggested it as a stocking stuffer because they loved it so much. I haven't tried it myself, but maybe if you use the search you'll have better luck finding the posts (I tried to no avail). I'm definitely going to try it myself!
It is gross but in that wonderful peeling skin kind of way. It works but it takes some patience because you will literally be sloughing skin for a week or so and will have piles.
Yes x3
It works eventually. I guess if you enjoy peeling skin off you won't mind the intervening week.
First, it ruins a pedi so don't use it if you have a nice polish job. Second, it did take a lot of skin off but my feet weren't perfect after as is hoped.
I just finished it and my feet look better than they ever have! You MUST either soak your feet, or take baths daily though -- otherwise it doesn't work that well.
Google the "peeling" photos. Too gross for me.
OMG thank you for posting your question, otherwise I would have never heard of this stuff. I just looked it up and it seems to be exactly what I need for my dry, cracked heels. Hello Spring, here I come!

I tried it and it just didn't work for me. So disappointing.
My DH tried it and it worked for him. |
If you want it for Spring, I would wait a bit longer to do it. I would do it about 2 or 2.5 weeks before you plan to show your feet. |
Does it hurt?
I can't use it while nursing but DH and I both LOVE our Amope! Really love. I almost posted a separate thread after we bought it just to say how awesome it is.
OP here with a follow up - how long did your feet tray nice? How often have you had to use it?
