Kids With Special Needs and Disabilities
| Just wondering if there is a such a thing as small group OT for sensory issues. My insurance won't cover my DD's OT sessions for sensory issues and I cannot afford to pay out of pocket for them. I know sensory issues are a very individual thing but just trying to look into other options. |
| I haven't heard of group OT sessions but one of my son's social skills groups was facilitated by an OT and it incorporated a lot of OT stuff - as opposed to another social skills class which was more of an educationally based approach. |
